The owner of the company also took a special interest in ensuring the quality of the service. Given the quality of service we received, the diversity of their staff, and the level of communication that kept us constantly informed about what we should do, when techs would be out next, and what any prognosis was AMAZING! We will NEVER use anyone else but VanDam & Krusinga for anything related ever again! So glad to have such a quality, family-owned business that we know we can call any time and rely on!
